Purchase Comcast service with a phone call. Dial 1-866-942-1341 to speak with Comcast customer service. You will need the address of the location that needs service. The customer service representative will ask you which service or bundle of services you wish to order.

Step 3

Whether ordering cable service via telephone or Internet, you must set up an appointment for a Comcast service technician to visit your address and set up service.
